About the event
This is a NRA Certifying course for participants to be registered with the NRA and nationally recognized as a Range Safety Officer. It is a 9 hour course. Members of the DMR Gun Club will only pay $25 for the course. If you are not a DMR Club Member, the fee is $175. All course materials are provided as well as lunch. If you sign up here, we will contact you to complete the NRA registration for the course.
Note that you do not have to be a member of the NRA or DMR Gun Club to take the course. To be Certified as an RSO, you have to be 21 years of age. We accept younger participants in the class and the Gun Club will recognize successful under age participants as Assistant RSO's, although the NRA does not certify anyone under the age of 21.
