DMR's RIMFIRE Precision Rifle Matches will be 8 stages with a total round count of about 80. The stages are positional and target ranges will vary, like a traditional PRS match. The matches will be held at the Day Mountain Ranch Gun Range, located at 77 S. Spring Creek Rd, Preston, ID 83263. This is a skills match and does not count toward precision rifle series points.
DMR's Centerfire PRS Matches will be 8 stages with a total round count of about 80. The stages are positional and target ranges will vary, like a traditional PRS match. The matches will be held at the Day Mountain Ranch Gun Range, located at 77 S. Spring Creek Rd, Preston, ID 83263. Lunch is included with your fee and will be served at the end of the matches. These are skills matches and do not count toward precision rifle series points.

Steel Challenge Round-Up Series Events: Experience Extreme Long Range (ELR) Shooting with DMR's Steel Challenge Series. Join separate matches that offer diverse terrains and conditions, enhancing your skills. With both Heavy and Light gun classes in some matches, participants can compete in multiple events, contributing to an overall ranking. Don't miss Redemption Weekend at DMR Ranch. It will be a duo of consecutive matches with lunch provided at each. Elevate your long-range shooting game with DMR.

ELR Heavy will be held on Friday, May 17th at the ranch (meet at the Welcome Center) and distances will go from about 1,700 yards to almost 2 miles. There will be 8 targets with five shots per target. Up to .50 caliber and guns up to 50 pounds (approx. 40 rounds total). Lunch provided afterward.

ITINERARY FOR REDEMPTION AT THE RANCH - HEAVY ELR:
Friday, May 17th - Check-in at the Welcome Center at 7:30 am. We will go to the Main Gun Range and allow time for Zero and Dope check and then we will shuttle up to the shoot location together. We will shoot the stages and then have Lunch and awards at the Resort Pavilion. If participants have signed up for the ELR Open Match, they can check in for that match after the awards.

Full luxury cabins (they can sleep between 5 and 17 people each so you can have your squad stay together and split the cost) Cabins and rooms can be booked at www.dmrresort.com or we will also have single bedrooms available for a reduced price at our Ranch House. • May 18-19th (Saturday & Sunday) - ELR Open Steel Challenge "Redemption at the Ranch"
​Steel Challenge Round-Up Series Event - Register Here
ELR Open will be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 18-19th (check-in and zero board will be Friday, May 17th from noon-6:00 pm). The match, meals and award ceremony will be at Day Mountain Ranch & Resort. The stages will be near the lookout tower (meet at the Welcome Center) and distances will go from about 700 yards to approximately 2,310 yards. There will be 16 stages with multiple engagements per stage (approx. 128 rounds total). We plan to have the first 10 stages on Saturday and the remaining 6 stages Sunday with lunch and awards and prizes immediately afterward. We will provide all meals on Saturday with Breakfast and Lunch provided on Sunday.

ITINERARY FOR REDEMPTION AT THE RANCH - OPEN ELR:
Friday, May 17th - Check-in and zero from noon-6:00 PM. We will have a fun shoot available. The Zero board will have paper set up. there is steel available to shoot out to approximately 1,435 yards.

SATURDAY, May 18th - Meet at the Welcome Center at 7:30 for a Safety Briefing and then shuttle to the tower for the match start. Lunch will be provided at the Tower and can be distributed to the squads at the stages. Dinner will be served at about 5:30 pm at the Resort Pavilion.

SUNDAY, May 19th - Meet at the Welcome Center at 7:30 am for daily brief and shuttle to the tower for the remaining 6 stages. Lunch will be at the Resort Pavilion when complete with awards and prizes during lunch.

PRW-Moses ELR Steel Challenge will be a two-day match held at the Ranch near the lookout tower (meet at the Welcome Center) and distances will go from about 700 yards to approximately 2,310 yards. There will be approximately 20 stages with multiple engagements per stage (approx. 160 rounds total).

• August 30th (Friday) - Youth Hunter Clinic - Register Here
Join our unique Youth Hunter Clinic at Day Mountain Ranch (77 S. Spring Creek Rd, Preston, ID 83263) for an immersive experience. After meeting at the Ranch Welcome Center, participants will be shuttled to a lookout tower for a 4-stage match, covering approximately 1 mile. Experienced mentors will guide youth in spotting, setting up shooting positions, and engaging targets in realistic hunting scenarios. This skills match, not part of any series, offers prizes and giveaways. Parents or guardians must accompany youth. Get ready for the Fall Hunting Season with DMR!

Gear up for the Fall Hunting Season with DMR's Hunter Match at Day Mountain Ranch (77 S. Spring Creek Rd, Preston, ID 83263). Participants, meeting at the Ranch Welcome Center, will be shuttled to the lookout tower on a ranch ridge line for an 8-stage match, covering approximately 1.5 miles. Experienced Stage ROs will time you as you engage targets in realistic hunting scenarios. This skills match does not count toward series points but promises an exciting opportunity to test and hone your hunting and shooting skills. Don't miss this chance to prepare for the upcoming season with DMR!

Thank you again for such a great weekend. We will be back for another shoot. But, we plan on staying 2-3 days before the match and a couple days after to really be able to enjoy your amazing property.
Last weekend I attended their women’s gun retreat. Doug and Drew gave a very informative seminar on gun safety, care, and shooting. Their shooting range is state of the art and facilities are super clean and well outfitted.
